 EDUCATION

The New Fort Zumwalt East high school; 5-story classroom tower, two gymnasiums, auditorium, cafeteria, shop facilities. Athletic complex includes football/soccer track/stadium, baseball field, two softball fields, 2 soccer fields, football practice field and 7 tennis courts.

East Central College's 51,800 sq.ft. building that houses the college's New Nursing, Health and Science Building.  The New Nursing, Health and Science Building contains two lecture halls, eight science labs, five classrooms, three nursing labs, an ambulance bay, three computer labs, science stock rooms and prep rooms, offices and a conference room

Cardinal Ritter Prep

The new 83,000SF campus is now home to nearly 400 students.  A full athletic field accommodates football and track, and there's room for tennis courts to be built in the future.  The field features lights, sprinkler and sound systems; bleachers to hold 800 fans, and an electronic scoreboard.  An athletic building, containing lockers and restrooms, sits nearby.  A 140-space lot provides parking for students, faculty and staff.

CBC Preparatory - Design Build

245,000-square-foot facility required constructing 52 classrooms and 11 specialty classrooms including an art room, fine arts room, biology labs, and computer instruction areas.  The campus contains a 380-seat performing arts center, 300-seat chapel, 500-seat dining area and a 1,800-seat gymnasium.  A 3,000-seat stadium faces the school’s athletic fields.  On campus parking is roomy enough for 575 cars

The (3) middle schools accommodate up to 900 students in grades six through eight.  Each school includes three levels of classrooms, a media center, commons/cafeteria area and a gym that can double as a theater with a stage. The schools also feature a new track, football/soccer field and asphalt play area with basketball hoops.

HEALTHCARE LABORATORY

 WUSM/BJC New Biological Research Building

The new 11-story, high-rise will house facilities for both Washington University School of Medicine and Barnes-Jewish Hospital in the 675,500 SF of space. The first five floors will be constructed as flexible shell space for BJH’s anticipated expansion.  The first and second floor shell spaces will be built to accommodate BJH’s dietary department including a kitchen, dining hall and servery.  The additional spaces could possibly include pharmaceutical, clinical and laboratory spaces.  The sixth floor will accommodate the building’s mechanical and electrical systems, while the upper five floors will house WUSM’s research and laboratory facilities.  The lower level will include a WUSM Vivarium, new shipping and receiving area, a tunnel under Euclid Avenue, large enough for tractor trailer, and a new roadway to Taylor will be constructed.

The Siteman Cancer Center (BJC North)

BJC St. Peters MO Addition & Ouppatient 

This 68,000-sq.ft. addition enables the hospital to handle a larger volume of outpatient and same-day examinations and surgical procedures. The project included the creation of a front entrance to the hospital, as well as a single point of entry for the cardiology clinical services, women's imaging center, radiology services, and diagnostic clinical services. Additionally dietary areas and physical plant were expanded.
